SaraNeil was born in San Antonio, Texas. She spent her formative year in Lubbock, Texas before returning to San Antonio. After graduating from Alamo Heights High School, she returned to Lubbock, where she received her B.F.A. in Theatre Design/Technology from Texas Tech University, where she graduated magna cum laude.

SaraNeil then went on to attend Texas Tech University School of Law where she was active in the school’s advocacy program. She served as the Vice Chair of Trial Advocacy for the Board of Barristers and was a member of the 2015 national championship team at the Stetson National Pretrial Advocacy Competition, and was a two-time finalist at the Show Me Challenge National Voir Dire Competition, earning the distinction of Outstanding Opening Statement. Upon Graduation, she was inducted into the National Order of the Barristers.

After graduation, SaraNeil knew her calling was to advocate for people injured due to the negligence of others. She began her legal career at a prominent personal injury firm in west Texas and is now proud to return to serve her hometown. She tried her first case to a jury verdict within months of becoming licensed, and has since obtained favorable verdicts in several negligence, wrongful death, and commercial vehicle cases.

SaraNeil is licensed to practice in all state courts of Texas, as well as all United States District Courts in Texas. She is an active member of the Texas Trial Lawyers Association (TTLA), San Antonio Trial Lawyers Association (SATLA), American Association for Justice (AAJ), and the Academy of Truck Accident Attorneys (ATAA).

In addition to practicing law, SaraNeil is also active in the community, serving as president of the Tom Green Young Lawyers Association for four consecutive year where she spearheaded many initiatives focused on community safety, civic education in schools, and first-generation higher education. She regularly presents to her peers on topics related to trial advocacy and litigation.

Outside of the office, SaraNeil enjoys exploring nature with her son and spending time with her family. She is an avid reader and a life-long learner. She loves attending visual and performing art events such as
